Large and intricate structures are generally designed by specialist engineers prior to engaging the services of GHK Piling.

GHK Piling have been involved in virtually all of the wharf and jetty developments and upgrades north of Auckland over the last few years. These have included the redevelopment of the Chelsea Sugar Refinery wharf, the new wharf on Tiritiri Matangi Island (design and build), the new Shelly Beach wharf on Kaipara harbour (design and build), the Parua Bay jetty, Paihia jetty extension and the new pontoon facility at Waitangi. The specialist foundation and platform constructed over the water for the aquarium on the Paihia foreshore was also undertaken by GHK Piling.
